Day 103 and 104 of sketching people. During our trip to Lille I only managed to sketch people at the train station and on our metro ride to a museum housed in an Art Deco swimming pool.

Using Thumbnails to Capture your Journey with Speed Sketching

Inspiration from Andrew James and Amy Stewart about using a road trip to document a travel journey with small and simple thumbnail sketches. I experimented with the idea of sketching from a train using a slowed-down video on YouTube.

Urban Sketching People on an Olhão Day Out (Day 64)

Day 64 of sketching people. A sunny day so I headed to the Algarve town of Olhão for a full day of urban sketching. I sketched on public transport there and back, and at the market, and a local cafe. There was also a surprise Carnaval parade that had taken place, and that greeted me when I arrived. Another interesting sketching opportunity.
