Half Moon Bay 4th of July Parade

I always feel like a bit of a fraud when I celebrate this US holiday, but this 4th of July Parade was worth a watch. It ran the entire length of Main Street and it seemed like the entire town was either in the parade or watching it.

The Friends of Fitzgerald Marine Reserve had decorated a bunch of clear umbrella to do an under the sea jellyfish theme for their segment.

These horses were doing some type of dressage thing, where they only had two hooves on the floor at once.

The Half Moon Bay 4th of July Parade went on for over an hour, and the weather was perfect. Not too hot to stand on Main street to watch the constant stream of humanity and animals filter by.

After the parade I headed home to pick the dogs up to take them to Quarry Park, and you can read about those adventures here.
